"Challenge yourself, and prove that you are capable of achieving anything".
I have noticed myself getting distracted by little things that are slowing me down from doing bigger and more important things I need to get done.
So for me, the best way to overcome this is to challenge myself on a daily basis.
Lately I haven’t being disciplined on following my daily schedule, and I know if I don’t follow my schedule I mess up everything in my life.
When I don’t exercise regularly for example, I get that feeling of not being fully motivated. And plus give me cravings for sweets.
So im engaging my self in two challenges, starting on Jun 01.
1- I’m challenging myself to not have sugar for 21 days. I will not have any food that contains refined sugar and any type of flour.
2- I am challenging myself to be very disciplined with my daily schedule for 30 days, and that includes working out five days a week, with no excuses.
Michelle also is doing a challenge , that soon as she gets up in the morning she is getting dressed up nice, and wearing some make up. Soon she will give her depoiment about how this changes her everyday routine, self esteem and motivation.
I always highlight that a good outfit and some makeup is a total mood booster and you should spend that extra fifteen minutes in the morning on yourself. It is a game win.
I believe the more we challenge ourselves and succeed, the better our confidence will be and our ability to do it better over and over again.
